We are in a very special period in history. On basis of the holistic basic principle: as within –

so without, we see the outside world reflect how many people feel inside themselves today.

Yoga's stated purpose for thousands of years is insight and awareness. 

The need for this is greater than ever and it is from these thoughts that the IAM Project has been created, 

in an effort to highlight and clarify the core of yoga, with reflection and clarity leading to increased

insight and awareness.

 

Now you can become an I AM instructor in Mölle.

The instructor training with Göran Boll in Mölle aims to immerse you in the technical,

philosophical and energetic aspects of yoga. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your

own patterns and motives.

The instructor training, taught in Swedish is also offered in Stockholm and Oslo in the fall of

2020. It runs over a semester, six full days, in Mölle: 6/9, 27/9, 18/10, 8/11, 29/11, 20/12,

About Göran Boll

Göran Boll, yoga teacher and therapist has been training people in yoga all over Scandinavia

and around Europe since 2000. For eight years he was lead teacher in the 2-year Kundalini

yoga teacher training in Stockholm. Göran, who has participated in 90 % of all research on

yoga in Sweden in 1998-2018, founded the MediYoga Institute and in 2007 started training

medical staff to become instructors in MediYoga, a yoga which today is available for patients
