Wonderful Gunn is inviting us to be part of the world wide movement YOGA STOPS TRAFFIC. Yoga by the Sea - Studio Mölle is just one of hundreds of studios that have joined together this weekend in order to create awareness  and action in the fight against human trafficking.

Gunn is teaching the pleasant style of yoga called Vinyasa Flow, a selection of hatha yoga postures accompanied by calm music, ending with guided meditation, pranayama and relaxation. With a keen interest in mind awareness, qi-gong and yoga philosophy, Gunn is aiming to increase the Prana; or energy levels, and connect the students to their Souls, leaving the participants feeling both refreshed and rejuvenated. This class is suitable for students with some basic knowledge of yoga.

Yoga Stops Traffic The class is offered as part of a large scale donation to prevent and fight human trafficking. The UK charity Yoga Stops Traffic is celebrating 10 years work in conjunction with the Odanadi Trust in Mysore. The Odanadi Trust is well known in yoga circles for their inspirational work of informing rural India about human trafficking, rescuing girls and re-educating sex trafficking victims. www.yogastopstraffic.org
