Hamstring Flow Masterclass with Nazareno
A Vinyasa flow class building up to full splits - Hanumansana. The class is full of postures opening the front of the hips, the thighs and hamstrings preparing the body for the deeper variants of splits. The class also includes core exercises, balancing postures, backbends, inversions and pranayama.
